Mama Asian Bistro is one of many successful restaurants Chef Ponuang he has owned including the popular Coco Thai Asian Bistro & Bar in Fort Lauderdale. Chef trained with a Michelin Star Chef and has a loyal following of diners, comprised of local residents and visitors in the Broward County area.
Since Chef Ponuang opened Mama Asian Bistro, in Coconut Creek, Florida in April of 2006, he has always been creating new dishes to augment the wide array of menu favorites. He is also dedicated to using the best quality ingredients, that are available on the market, including top-drawer fish, seafood, beef, and chicken; fresh vegetables, fruits, herbs and spices; and house made sauces and dressings. His passion for creating delicious, ingredient-driven dishes, has made Mama Asian Bistro one of the most popular restaurants in the Coconut Creek / Coral Springs area.

"This place is incredible! Amazing!!! I had the salmon skin salad and ramen. The salmon skin salad was so good that I could not stop eating to take a picture! Ramen was incredible. Happy hour 11 am to 6 pm was a great deal!!! Rolls as low as 6 dollars. Can’t be beat!"
